One-on-one guidance to help you get from where you are to who you were created to be.

Define What You Want
Be Who You Were Created To Be
“Hey, what’s wrong?”
When someone asks you that question, maybe you’re at a place in your life where you wish you knew the answer. But most of the time, whatever is making us feel unsettled is beneath the surface. We can’t name it…so we can’t shake it.
Whether you’re just curious about what’s making you feel “off” or facing a full-on roadblock, we believe you deserve clarity—to be able to put your finger on what’s really happening and what you can do about it.
Hi, I’m Josh.
After spending my life playing professional baseball, I was lost. My resume had nothing beyond player here and player there, which made me realize there was an incongruency between where I was and where I thought I would be—between who I was and who I thought I would be. I was longing for something more; I just didn’t know what. Luckily, a coach saw me through it.
Now, our team at Congruency does the same.
Here’s What You Can Expect
At Congruency, we help you make your invisible life visible so you can break free from where you are and become who you were created to be. It’s a statement that means a whole lot to us, but we realize it may not mean quite as much to you…yet.
So let’s break it down:
-
Assess
We Help You Make Your Invisible Life Visible
Our relationship starts with a TRAC assessment. It’s free, and it’s powerful. In just 5-10 minutes, you will discover where you are in your development. In other words, you’ll finally be able to name exactly what’s going on below the surface.
-
Uncover
So You Can Break Free From Where You Are
Many people choose to explore their TRAC assessment with a Congruency Coach. Our coaches are both guides and mentors, but the term that describes us best is “shepherds.” We walk closely with you as you navigate new territory.
-
Discover
And Become Who You Were Created To Be
While our process has four well-defined stages, “becoming who you were created to be” is a lifelong journey. You’ll determine how quickly you see results and what area of your life needs attention next. We’ll be here to see you through it, whatever “it” becomes.

Coaching is an intentional and structured relationship that cultivates a place for a person to discover, process, and take responsibility for his or her own development.
Intentional: Coaching is not just talking. It is about action. The conversations you have with your Congruency Coach will be intentional. You determine what you want to talk about and what you want to get done.
Structured: All Congruency Coaches are trained to use the IDEA Coaching Pathway Model. Every coaching conversation you have will follow a proven path from start to finish that will help guide you from where you are to who were created to be.
Discovery: Coaching is about discovery—what’s going on under the surface. The coaching relationship is a safe and trusted place that will help guide you into discovery and the necessary steps you need to take to solve the underlying issue.
Process: Processing the events and circumstances in your life is key to your development. Woven into these circumstances is meaning and purpose. It is not until we process these different life events that we see how we have been shaped, where we are heading, and who we are becoming.

Therapy and counselling often seek to understand the past and what went wrong in order to be better in the present. Coaching focuses on the present and future. A coach may work with a client who has a good life, but wants the coach to help them make it better still.
Counseling predominantly involves problem-solving, whereas coaching emphasizes the realization of greater potential. Counseling delves into the past and operates in response, whereas coaching centers on the present and future, prioritizing forward-looking perspectives over past issues, pain, pathologies, histories, and events. While counseling facilitates healing, coaching fosters growth. Counseling aids in overcoming weaknesses, while coaching concentrates on cultivating strengths. Counseling tends to be more formal compared to coaching, which is more relaxed due to its fundamental principle of fostering an equal partnership between coach and coachee.
Congruency coaches are NOT counselors or therapists. A portion of the Congruency Coach training is dedicated to educating and equipping our coaches to know their limitations when it comes to the skills and training they have to help their clients.

No one gets to clarity alone. We believe the presence of a coach or mentor in your life is crucial to your development. Although these terms are sometimes used interchangeably, they are both different resources a person can utilize at strategic moments in their lives.
Mentors draw on ther own expeience to make deposits of wisdom or insghts within another person. Coaches, on the other hand, draw insights out. The coaches role is not to give answers to problems, but lead and guide others through the process of discovery. It is through this process of discovery that issues and solutions arise that were already present within the person that they did not know were there.

Congruency is currently offering coaching services and packages that focus on our flagship offering: the TRAC Assessment. This assessment provides insights into your current development needs. While TRAC is great on its own, real change occurs when you are able to process it with a Congruency Coach. Being coached through TRAC provides further discovery ad clarity which leads to breakthrough.

Working with a Congruency Coach is not a magic pill you take to make everything alright. Coaching, at its core, is about discovery, ownership, and action.
Whatever you're told, you resist. Whatever you discover, you own. Whatever you own, you're most likely to act on.
We promise our presence to everyone we work with. We'll be there for you whenever you need us to help you through whatever you need. The return on investment is completely up to you and how you implement and act on the discoveries you make.

Sure, you could! But did the last book read or podcast you listened to help you get from where you are to who you want to be? If a book, podcast, or class could deliver on its promises, we would all be the people we thought we would be. Unfortunately, most of us aren’t.
At Congruency, we believe there is a gap between information and transformation. The only thing that can bridge that gap is community.
Information might educate us, and experience might inspire us, but information experienced in a community has the power to transform us.
Coaching isn’t for everyone, and we know that. But for those who have engaged in a coaching relationship with Congruency, it is something they wonder how they ever lived without.

It might feel a bit awkward discussing money when it comes to services like coaching. Here's what we've learned from our experience working with people since we started:
It's not just about the money; it's about commitment. When you invest in something, you're more likely to take it seriously and put in the necessary effort. Let's face it: Whenever something is advertised as free, our initial reaction is often, 'What's the catch?' and 'Is it any good?'
When you begin working with a Congruency Coach, they're fully dedicated to giving you their all—time, effort, energy—and they need to know that you're equally committed.
-
Coaching is a unique conversation. Since it is a new and unique conversation, there's a learning curve when we first start out. Over time, you will learn how to be coached and what to expect from a coaching conversation.
All we ask is that you be open and willing to discover and process what has been happening in your life. This relationship isn't about us; it's about you and what you want to achieve. We are committed to building trust with you over time to facilitate this process.
-
We believe in what we do. We've witnessed lives transformed through coaching—ours included. Because we have such faith in our work, if you're dissatisfied or not experiencing the benefits of our services at Congruency, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you aren't satisfied with working with us.

We at Congruency recognize that faith-based is a loaded term that can be a badge of honor to some and abrasive to others. As an organization, our beliefs and actions are rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Christian faith tradition contextualized for our modern day. We desire to see every person and organization we serve flourish—to discover who they were created to be so they can do all they have been designed to do.
-
We hope that even if you are not a person of faith, Congruency can still help guide you from where you are to who you were created to be. The research that undergirds all that we do at Congruency was conducted on people of faith, people of little faith, and people of no faith. The research discovered that all people follow a generalized development timeline that remains unique to the events of each person’s life. Therefore, we believe we can help you regardless of faith perspective.
